Butter: 2 tsp
Milk: half a cup (skim)
Eggs: 2 tablets
Vanilla: a teaspoon
Flour: half a cup (brown)
Sugar: a tablespoon
Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
Cinnamon: half a teaspoon (ground)
Dried fruits: a quarter cup
Honey: one tablespoon
How to prepare ✅
1. . . Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2. Spread a tablespoon of butter in a small non-stick tray and put it in the oven until the tablespoon of butter melts.
3. Melt the other tablespoon of butter and put it in a bowl, then add the milk, eggs and vanilla to the bowl and mix.
4. Add the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon and mix until the ingredients are combined.
5. In the previously prepared tray, distribute the dried fruits, then add the pancake mixture, then distribute the sliced almonds.
6. Put the tray into the oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
7. Leave it to cool for 5 minutes, then decorate it with honey and serve it hot
